Love in Delights

This book grew out of the experiences of the author as a speaker at lingerie parties, where I realized that many women harbored doubts, insecurities, and taboos related to sexuality. This realization was reinforced by my work as a nurse in teaching and outreach projects, particularly the “Responsible Sexuality” project, developed through the Nursing Program at the Universidade Federal de Tocantins.

Faced with the need for reliable material aimed at Christian women, the author compiled her guidance and reflections in this work. The book proposes a dialogue between science and biblical principles to guide women, brides, and families toward a healthy experience of sexuality.The work addresses topics such as the biblical foundations of pleasure in marriage, self-knowledge of the female body, guidance on marital intimacy, scientific aspects of pleasure and orgasmic difficulties, as well as the strengthening of female autonomy and the importance of respecting boundaries.

It also discusses the prevention of violence, the impacts of oppressive religious interpretations, sex education within the family, and guidance on family planning and premarital care, promoting a balanced, respectful, and informed view of Christian sexuality.
